What we collect, and what we do not.

In one paragraph
This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers.
There is no advertising network on these pages, no analytics script, no social widget and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. The only personal data that reaches us is the address you type into the form yourself, and only if you send it.
This will change when we open, because a booking needs a name, a telephone number and a payment. When it does, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.

What we receive
- Your email address, when you fill in the form and send it
- Whether you said you want to book or that you work on the water
- The route you typed into the search, if you sent it with your address
- The page you were on when you wrote to us
- Nothing else. We never ask for a name, a telephone number or a payment on this site
What we do with it
- We write to you once, on the day Miami opens
- We count which routes people ask for, to know where to find captains first
- We keep it until opening, and for twelve months after, then we erase it
- We never sell it, rent it or pass it to an advertiser
- One message to the address below and it is gone, with no question asked
Your rights
Ask, and it is done.
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation you may ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it erased, to object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Under Florida and United States law you may likewise ask us to delete it and to stop writing to you.
There is no form and no queue for this. Write to the address below and say what you want done. We answer within thirty days and in practice within a few.
The person responsible for this data is Nils Cazalens, founder of GlideBlue. The company is being incorporated; this page will name it as soon as it exists.
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the technical request logs any web server produces. Our email reaches us through our mail provider. Neither is used to build a profile of you.
